Initially, a low pH level (between pH 8.0 & 9.0) should be set and the amount of intake should be increasing at a gradual pace. After maintaining this regularity for approximately 2 weeks, the pH level should be adjusted between pH 9.0- pH 9.5), based on one’s physical conditions and needs of the body. However, ELVA Water should be as fresh as possible when consumed. For children or aged, the pH level should be kept really low initially, and the increment should take place as and when their body starts adjusting to the current pH level. In case of infants, the use of ELVA Water is not encouraged at all (until they start consuming more complex food) as they only consume breast milk or milk. Making powdered milk from this water should be avoided.
